I’ve never been around anything like Connect. Imagine surrounding yourself with 22 accomplished, intelligent and powerful individuals who share in the same quest to become better. No one in the room really, truly had the time to be there, but we had all chosen to.
Discussions of communication, time management and developing better relationships dove deeper than some of the most intimate 1-on-1 talks I’ve had with family and close friends. Once we concluded and as I was driving home, I had the sensation that I’d been upgraded, renewed and reorganized, akin to the feeling you get after finishing the last page of a best selling book about relationships, business, communication, happiness and even love.
I was in the presence of past and former Olympians, Champions of Business and Ambassadors of positive influence, all with a desire to make the world a better place and a zeal for exchanging wisdom and encouragement to help each other do so.
I’m excited to continue my journey with Connect and I can’t wait to see how many lives are changed by this wonderfully unique organization. I know mine, along with many others, already has been.
